We are a model car club in the East Midlands. 

The club is run by a team of 4 people who are enthusiastic about model car racing and making the track the best it can be. 

We hold meetings every month plus holding some larger events during the year. For example a round of the AWS series and a few rounds of the Winter Nitro Cross, furthermore in 2024 we are hosting a round of the Truggy + E8 Buggy Nationals. Please see our events page for more information.

Club Committee 

Club Chairman & Race Control - Chris Jeffery 

Most of you will know Chris from being at the club for many years as well as being a big part of the BRCA and the Truggy + E8 Buggy Section within the BRCA 

Vice Chairman - Mike Nash

Mike also runs the Manor club located in Shirebrook. He built the club up from nothing. Now he's come on board to help push Deerdale and Manor forwards together!

Secretary - Sophie Clarke (Partner of Chris) 

Sophie has been involved with racing for a few years now. She has also come on board as a section officer in the BRCA. Being the Truggy section Secretary. You will be seeing her running her Tenno in Club meetings as well the Truggy Nationals and the AWS Series 

Track Manager

Nick Tullett - Nick has been involved with many clubs over the years including NDOR. He has now come on board with us at Deerdale to keep the club making forward and improving the venue
