This years series consisted of 5 rounds and four clubs. The clubs were Ledbury, Deerdale, NDOR & A1.

The series started in the middle of October at the popular club and great track Ledbury. This round was the most popular this year.

It was a cold start to the day, however all drivers had a good time running on the track at Ledbury. We had 3 finals this day where we saw Matt Lowthian take the win in the C Final. James Turner second place. Jamie Collyer third place and Adam Mozes taking forth place. These drivers were bumped up in to the B Final. I would like to make a quick note how good the driving standards were during this race. Sophie Clarke who is a new to racing and only been racing for about 10 months at this point drove the car really well and only missed out on coming third after one of the wires on her motor came unsoldered. Defo one to watch out for in the next few years.

The B final was next. This race contained 14 cars, Steve Pope came in first place with Lee Maggs second place. Danny Jones finished in third place and finally Mark Andrews came in the forth place taking the last bump up spot in this race. Another fantastic race with some very good close racing. The next race on the line was the A Final. This was another 15 minutes race like all the others. This race was Won by Darren Wilby, Jake Knight was second place, Chris Lovell came in third place. And finally Arron Knight finished in 4th place.

Lets not forget about Tim Lucas and Dave Hanson who was also running in this meeting as well with their Truggy's. Dave took the win in the Truggy class with Tim coming in second.

Another great start to this years series.

Round 2 was held at NDOR in November. Numbers for this round was down compared to previous years however we still managed to have a good meeting (I blame the weather). B Final win was taken by David Van Lopik second place was taken by Steven Paul, Karl Bradish took third place and Jim Murphy took forth place. The A Final was next. The win was taken by Ben Billing. Second place was taken by Richard Smith, Darren Wilby third place and local driver William Paul took forth place. Another nice and relaxed meeting, Numbers were a bit pants but we made it work and had a nice days racing. Big thanks goes to the team at NDOR for all their hard work they have put in to make that weekend happen. The weather did not help one little bit.

Round 3. This meeting was held at Deerdale Off Road. Sadly another low number meeting but as always we still make things happen and make a good time. This round we had 14 drivers. Two heats a round but many many rounds to give everyone plenty of track time. We only managed to get two finals, an A and a B final. The B final was won by Karl Bradish, Jim Murphy was second place and Dan Mustoe was third place. David Van Lopik was forth place in this Final. A Final obviously went next. Graham Alsop took the win, Liam Brocklehurst took second place. Adam smith was third and finally Ben Billing was forth place. Lets not forget Tim Lucas smashing it with his Truggy!

Thanks again to all those drivers that turned up for this meeting. Not the best numbers but we all had a good meeting non the less.

Round 5. I know what you are thinking i've missed round 4. I'm getting to that later because round 4 was postponed due to the crapped weather. So we did round 5 which was held at Deerdale Off Road again. Slightly better numbers this time having 18 drivers which comfortably allowed us to have two heats of 9. Same as the last round many rounds of qualifying and giving drivers more track time. The B Final was the first one on the line, Jim Murphy took the win with Richard Smith second place. The main man himself Chris Jeffery took third place and a new drivers to Deerdale and Truggy Section PRO Officers Ashley Pattison took forth place. The A Final was obviously next. Graham Alsop took the win in this race (Of course he did) Mark Scoot took second place with Liam Brocklehurst taking third place, Daniel Austin took forth place. Another cracking meeting and a relaxed format for all with plenty of track time

Round 4. This was the rescheduled round, This was held at the A1 Buggy Club near Grantham. This was a bigger 10th scale track but a small 8th scale track so anything could have happened. The track was laid out for us with a nice straight and 90 degree right and then another straight with a bend some challenging jumps at the end. Sadly another smaller entry but the drivers that made the trip were very happy with the racing and happy with the track. Tight and technical, Many of us enjoyed the challenge and I personally was thinking about going their again to race myself. However the day started with open practice for 45minutes. Then a round of timed practice followed by 4 rounds of qualifying. The B Final was won by Saul Hocking, second place was Jim Murphy. Third place Dave Ingram and forth place being Chris Jeffery after nursing a poorly car for about 8 minutes or so. Shock to everyone that it actually finished the race. A Final was won by Ben Billing. Second place Darren Wilby, Third place was taken by Robson White and Liam Mokes in forth place.

I would like to thank everyone who raced with us at A1, It was a very different choice of venue from what we are used to but the track ran really well for us.

Right then. The end of series results!

Top 5 were awarded trophies.

5th Place went to Ben Billing
